Hi, I’m Jennifer: a Certified Nutrition Coach and a lover of all things related to food and exercise! I started this journey to provide people with proper nutrition and to create a healthy relationship with food which is vital to feeling your absolute best. I strive to help clients replace food anxiety with the idea that good nutrition feels like a breath of fresh air – natural and necessary.
